mushrooms were hurt three ways in the process of making this. chanterelle mushroom duxelle-esque filling inside the manti wrappers (themselves homemade, 💅). porcini mushroom + tahini sauce, nutty and rich, very good if I do say so myself. picked chestnut mushrooms dotted about the gaff with dill, chilli oil, etc etc. this was the first dish I created to debut on my kitchen’s menu , baby commi Hannah was very proud
